Paper Stocks Selections:
➢white cardboard (from 250gsm – 450gsm)
➢corrugated board
➢art paper pasted on grey board
➢kraft paper
➢special paper
Above five materials are used very widely for full color printed boxes. Clients have lots of different kind of preference and different requirements, so their choices on materials are also quite different.
White cardboard mainly used for products that are light and smaller, such as skincare, cosmetic，candle，cupcake and candy etc.
Corrugated board, is a kind of cardboard that combined with art card and E flute corrugate, is good for products that are heavier and bigger, or require harder appearance.
Grey board, is normally with art paper pasted outside, is also a kind of hard material, which normally applied for gift box, jewelry box; or some expensive electronic products such as cell phones etc.
Kraft paper, is considered a symbol of green products, also widely in many designs.
Special paper, is a kind of material with different embossing pattern, the surface feel rough, which offer an impression of high quality and attractive.

Sizes Available:
All the cosmetic boxes are custom made and printed according to your preference, so please provide us dimensions of your boxes, or if you need us for suggestion, please send us your products samples, and we will measure them and decide suitable dimensions for your boxes.

Finishing:
We suggest a gloss or matt lamination should be applied on outside of boxes. It helps to protect the cover from scratches, printed color off issues, and be more durable. The whole box also appears nicer with laminations on cover and being more attractive. Cost of adding this finishing step is low and should be worthy. If you are looking at lower cost of coating, then aqueous coating is a choice as well.
Special Processing:
To achieve special effect, some boxes will be go through some special treatment such as spot UV, embossing, die-cutting, golden or silver hot stamping. These processing all help make your boxes being more attractive.

Shipments:
1. Ocean shipment
Ocean shipment is used very widely as shipment option. Depending on the locations, ocean shipment generally takes one month time. Some area need to takes longer time if transship is required to destination port.
Bulk cargo or full container?
Depends on total volume of your order, two loading options are available, Bulk cargo(LCL-less than container load) or full container(FCL-full container load), normally under 24 cubic meters, we use bulk cargo; and over 24 cubic meters, we should use full container?
Container selection: 20”GP, 40”GP, or 40”HC?

2. Courier shipment (Air Shipment)
Clients may have a very tight time schedule and require quick shipment; courier shipment is a good choice. Besides, for some smaller orders, that with smaller volume and lower weights, it should be more worthy to ship via air instead of ocean. We will advice our clients for this after we calculate the weight and volume for their order.
General courier shipment service takes 5-10 days, depends on the area that cargo delivered to. For highly emergency order, expedite courier could be applied, which is delivered within 2-3 days.
Packaging:
I’M color use export-standard packaging, standard quality cartons, which can perfectly protect products from damages during shipments. For extra heavy packs, we add double yellow bands.
We also provide variety of inside packaging selections such as blister; PP bags; craft paper wrapping; inside cartons. If you need to add these, please make sure to let us know before your order.
We can supply wood pallets with fumigation certificates, so you can save cost getting the certificates for shipments and save time! Plastic pallets are also available, which don’t require certificate of fumigation. Please contact us if you need more information from this.
