DragonArt-FengShui.com accepts orders from all over the world. Shipping rates and fees may be varying depending on the delivery address for your order.
We use DHL/FedEx to delivery your purchased items. The shipping cost will be base on the actual weigh of your entire order.

The 0.5kg is the fixed charges for the weigh that equal to or less than 0.5kg. The 1kg is the stable charges for the weigh that more than 0.5kg. and equal to or less than 1kg. And so forth for 1.5kg, 2kg, 2.5kg,3kg……

For the small and light packages, we will also suggest to use Hongkong Post’s EMS. This will help save lots of cost in shipping. For the cost details, please refer to below. We usually suggest this is applied on packages that are not in very high value, and it limit to the package that under 2 kg.
Cost for Hongkong Post’s EMS Package:
Basic Charge: USD $3 (All packages will need to be charged $3 as basic handle charge.)
Charge Base on Weight: $0.2/10g (The charge for every 10gram is $0.2.)
Here’s an example: For a package which is weight at 50g, the charge on the whole package is $3+$0.2*5=$4)
The charge is same to all over the countries. The delivery time will be 5-12 days vary by different country. Please enquiry us at [email protected] to check if your location is applicable to use Hongkong EMS service.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please be noted that customer should be liable to pay for the import duties and taxes that levied on the package that arrive to your located country.
Confirmation of Your Order
Before paying for your orders, please try to contact us thought Skype, MSN Messenger or email to [email protected] to confirm the availability of your purchased items. We will promise to reply back to you very quickly.
Handling Time of Your Order
We will process your order immediately when we receive your information on our site or from your email. We might email or call you when your mailing address information is not completed. All your orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Changes on Delivery Address
If you need to make any changes or corrections on the address, please inform us immediately. Once your orders have been shipped out, any changes or corrections on the address will be charged for US$10 as the correction fee.
Replacement of Damaged Products
We always make sure the products are good and are securely packed before they are shipped out, and we believe if the damage happen, then it will mostly through the shipping process.
Please email us immediately if you find damages, and take us a photo, and we will replace for you free of charge.
When you receive your package, please open the package and check the products immediately before the delivery person leave. If you find the products are damaged or the packages are opened. Please let the delivery person noticed and report to DHL/FedEx, and so we can claim for compensation
