Q1: How long will it take to wait for a quote from I’m print. Can I get quick quotes?

I’M printing is dealing with many different quotes every day, so we might not be able to send you an instant reply, but we can guarantee to reply you within one day. If you need to get urgent quote, please notice us when submit quotes. We will put your quotes in first priority.

Q2: How can I pay for my order?

I’M printing accept T/T bank transfer, western union, and Paypal.

Q3: What can I do if I want to buy a product, but I don’t know what material or processing to use?

I’ M Printing offer enquiry service to help our clients to finalize their products, we offer professional advice.

Q4: I am worrying about the communication with Chinese people?

We understand that misunderstanding always happen due to culture difference and weak level of English speaking.  I’M color has a power team of English speaking people who are majored in English or International Business, and with years experience of communicating with foreigners in English. So communication can be guaranteed.

Q5: Can I get templates?

I’M color provide clients easy to use templates, which help them easily to create their artwork.

Q6: I haven’t purchased oversea before and I don’t know how to handle ocean shipment.

I’M color will instruct and explain to you every steps in detail, so you don’t need to worry about this. We will work out the best solution for you base on volumes and quantities and your time schedule.

Q7: How long will it take for production?

For normal quantities, the general lead time is 7-10 days. We also help our clients if they have emergency needs.

Q8: Can I fly my products in?

Some clients require to get their products quickly, so they prefer to ship via air freight. We have good relationships with the courier service, so we can get very cheap rates for our clients if they need air shipments?

Q9: The pricing is such competitive from I’M printing, will product quality be a problem?

NO!!  We won’t give up quality in order to provide lower price. Our first focus is our client’s satisfaction, so high quality is our main concern. We give you both high quality and competitive price!!

Q10: What should I do if I found my products have problems when I receive them?

I’M color has been putting great attention on product quality controls. We performed 100% quality inspection before products out of factory. So we seldom have quality issues. However, we guarantee to re-run the whole order on our duty if we found the problems are caused by us. Customer satisfaction should come first.
